FAQ and Shipping
Who do we donate to?
All donations from online sales are donated to a National Park charities. This can include the National Park Foundation, Forever Yellowstone, Friends of the Smokies or another National Park support organization.
How do the clothing fit?
The shirts we use are made by Bella + Canvas, American Apparel or Anvil. Sizes run normal, but feel free up size if you are not sure. Please check the sizing charts for each product.
How long does it take to ship?
Most our items are produced to order and ship withing 2-7 business days**. On average, we have found that items ship within 3-5 business days.
** Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the fact that our items are produced to order, we cannot currently offer returns/exchanges unless they are defective or damaged. If you have a question about your order or a mug arrived broken, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at jennifer@nationalparkobsessed.com with your order number. In some cases, we will require a photo of the broken item so we can file a claim with the shipping service.
Please check the sizing before ordering - many of the apparel items on this site are unisex sizing. Please also note that products may vary slightly - this is common.
Do you do exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jennifer@nationalparkobsessed.com. Please email us to receive a return authorization and return shipping information.
